bcause i have situation here...

I bought a car from this guy 2 weeks ago, me and my friends went on a road trip adn it broke down. I called him about it. I was pretty pissed because the engine had blewn. And he wrote to me on AIM saying that he would PAY FOR THE TOW, REPAIRS AND THE PENTALTIES OR I WILL GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND.
no questoins asked.

I had to tow the car quite a few miles to the next town for $800. I get a call from him a little bit after i get there with him saying tht it's my responsabilty to get the car fixed and i caused the extra damages and made it worse. i mean it's like he knew this was going to happen.

I want to take him to court because he did me wrong. I fel betryed by him. i just dont understand how he could go back on his words like that. I just want my money back!

but that AIM message was the only evidence to get my money back . only proof of what he said and i closed the box thinking that everyhting was gong to work out.

You bought a used car two weeks ago.You went on a road trip and it broke down. How is this his fault? If he gave you a written guarantee for a certain amount of time that covered breakdowns then you can expect him to cover repairs. Otherwise its your problem.
