how do i put music from my pc onto a PSP?

just normal music files from the pc, how do i transfer the music files onto the PSP? please help!

1. Convert the movie into mp3
2. Create the folder MUSIC in your ps3 memory card main directory.
3. Copy your music in to the MUSIC folder

You can put files on the Memory Stick Pro through a card reader just like you would with a Mini-USB cable. Just put your music files in the MUSIC folder and your video files in the VIDEO folder at the root of the Memory Stick. If the folders do not exist, then create them. For example, If your Memory Stick is E:\ on your PSP, then the folders would be E:\MUSIC and E:\VIDEO respectively.
