When I had the flu, whenever I'd try to walk around for too long, my legs would start to burn then grow numb and so would my right arm. About two days ago I kind of got over the flu. Now my right arm and hand are numb a lot.

You should see a doctor right away to make sure you don't have an neurological disorder. You may have nerve impingements or damage causing your extremities to numb.

Don't be surprised if you have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in your hand/wrist which can make your arm numb. I suffered for 6 months before I found a doctor that worked it out. Not sure about the legs though, may be a nerve in the back!

You go see your doctor...I had the exact thing i was scared i thought i was having a hardtack but when i saw my dictator because i was sick for 2 weeks and sleeping a lot i pulled a nerve without feeling it. that way i had the numbness in the hand and arm with some exercise i am back to normal..I think that is what you did.

All i might propose is a heat compress to help it, once you substitute into pregnant your blood volume will boost so, to me it seems such as you're having circulate themes in that arm.
