Yes! With goverment orders! I will always believe it. Read the book The last Mafiaso. It is a true story, you can get it in paper back, it is a older book. But without a doubt this guy, who happened to be the biggest hit man in Mafia history, had no reason to lie! There is still a hit on him!

It was one of their own that killed Harvey to cover up something so that leads me to believe that it was the mob behind the shooting.
