no way, you can't create mass and therefore weight from nothing, you would actively have to consume at least that weight in fluid or food, and I am not sure that it possible.

i knew people who looked pregnant with the syrosis liver problem, it's a mass of water, one person had to be drained, friend of my sister. So yeah!

I don't think so. Couple of months may be. because to produce 100lbs you have to get at least half of it from somewhere (water, food). I don't think it is something real.

i would say yes but it would not be fat.... it is more likely to be water retention...... and as we know water is heavey stuff..... and when organs are failing water retention is common. it is not uncommon for people to swell rapidly when organd start to fail...... its a sign that they are nearing the end
