Have you sent your console in for support? When you got it back, was the problem solved?

Go to http://xbox360.com and there should be an icon for technical support. They can either tell you how to fix the problem on the phone or you might have to send it to them so they can open the system. The reason why I know because i did that for my xbox. And its working perfectly fine now.

I kept getting this message on my PS2 and found that taking apart the main frame of it and blowing Dust Remover (pressurized air) inside and on the laser fixed the problem!! Then again, I got this error on my Gamecube and it was because the motor blew out. *shrugs*
If you don't want to try to solve the problem yourself, I recommend taking it into a Gamestop or something. n_n
