there's this girl who is always coming over to my desk before class or if she's in another room nearby, she'll come in to my class and she just pokes me, rubs my head, touches me and stuff it's really weird! She'll just stand there, poke me repeatedly and say "mhm" and I've told her MANY times that I don't want her touching me. Once, she just decided to rub my back and I was like wtf...? How is she not getting the hint that I DONT like her?? I like don't talk to her, I never implied that we are friends she's just really sketchy! She thinks its funny but she's soo annoying!!

Given that you have told her to leave you alone, and you have made it clear you don't want her to touch you, and you don't actively go out of your way to speak to her.
Then I suggest you speak to the school councillor, and tell them what she does, and HOW uncomfortable you are with her touching you, also tell them you have told her to not touch you on many occasions. If you have any witnesses to your being touched and you actually telling her to leave you alone, take them with you as backup.
The other choice is tell her if she touches you again, you will seek legal action, for sexual assault. A bit harsh but this what she is doing to you, by touching without your permission.
Good luck and hopefully she will leave you alone very quickly.

I would talk to the princapal about her (or a teacher). That is strange. Does she have any friends in school? She might just want to be friends, but that is a wierd way to express it. If the teacher doesn't do anything have your parents talk to her parents or you talk to her about how that makes you fell uncomfrotable.

Tell a teacher about what's going on. Or ask for her number and call and then talk to her mom or dad about what she is doing.

If after you talk to her and tell her that you just don't like her like that, after that it becomes sexual harassment and it NEEDS to be reported! Shoot. If embarassing her by yelling "KNOCK IT OFF ______(whatever her name is)!" doesn't do it-only going to a higher school authority figure will!

the next time she touches you in anyway...ask her to stop and not to bother you anymore...make a point to make sure others know what is going on...witnesses are always good....then make a trip to the ffice and let a adult know. they have strict rules about harrasment now a days. they will make her stop. good luck.
