Most PC's use rj45 connectors so you need a cat5 crossover cable like this one http://www.dabs.com/productview.aspx?Quicklinx=18LX&SearchType=1&SearchTerms=crossover+cable&PageMode=3&SearchKey=All&SearchMode=All&NavigationKey=0

You need to buy a crossover cable. Do not use a standard cable!

RJ-620 is a coaxial cable, so you need NICs with BNC connectors. if your NIC has a phone-like connector, you want a Category 5e (or better) Crossover Cable
