in india .. internet bandwidth is limited....
thats why it is difficult for internet direct sellers.
plus.... to buy from internet you need credit card......
credit card users are rising... as they become older.. they will have more confidence while using credit card online....
In future internet sellers will have a great time....
but for now..... you have to wait

I see several reasons:
- Internet isn't yet in many homes,
- Credit cards aren't the norm yet,
- Indians don't trust each other with business, and thus have fear about on-line transactions,
- Indian designed marketing is often unpolished and unattractive, thus it has a hard time converting views into purchases.
