Yep, it's a cracking tune. It's not French, but Belgian, and by a chap called Plastic Bertrand. It's called Ca Plane Pour Moi, which means "It's cool for me", or something like that.

Ca plane pour moi by Plastique Bertrand a French punk star from the 70's.It means "that's fine with me" or "that's ok by me".the song was in the charts here back in 1978.
