We all want to be polite, but how do we get rid of her without blatently saying "Nobody likes you GO AWAY!" We're not that shollow.

You don't mention why nobody likes her. Is she a troublemaker? Is she a bad influence? Unless the reasons are truly justifiable, it is rather shallow to decide you don't like her. If she is a decent person, she does deserve to have decent friends who do like her and accept her, and if that's the case, she is too good to hang out in your clique anyway. Go ahead and be blunt with her. She deserves to know the truth so she can choose better friends for herself.
