Not when half the people think the solution is to put up 50 foot walls to keep everyone out...when the rest of the world is tearing theirs down!

But hey, so long as they stay within those walls, I'm sure others will be happy to stay outside of them too.

You can't have peace when there is intolerance of other races and religion. PERIOD.

The way I see it is nobody likes anyone meddling in their affairs isn't that true? People are the same everywhere.

Charity starts at home. What that means is people need to fix their own problems before deciding they need to be fixing everyone else's.

I understand where you are coming from robot but mowing those people down isn't the way to do it. Human rights should apply everywhere and diplomacy is really the only thing that's ever worked. People can apply pressure to stop these attrocities, but they don't. They ignore it. The only reason it's even getting limelight is because the USA is there, otherwise no one would care like they don't care now about Africa etc.

It depends on what one believes morality is based on or consists of... For instance, if there is one person who believes morality is based solely on this religion or that religion, and then another person-let's say an atheist or hard core agnostic- believes morality is just a catchword for the belief in this religion or that, and finally one person believes all morality to be relative, then our current moral understanding of the world is divided and cannot be adequate to any one challenge, especially the evils of terrorism in an age of globalization.

It depends on whose moral understanding you're referring to.

Liberal morality is not up to the task. The idea of tolerance falls apart when faced with a culture that embodies intolerance. You can look at the current situation in Western Europe, where their societies espouse acceptance of any and all beliefs and reject the idea of integreation. Those countries are currently under attack from both without and within, as their Muslim populations practice honor killings and promote terrorism.

Conservative (or old-fashioned) morality, with its concept of absolute good and evil, is required to combat radical Islam. We need to reject the idea that everyone's beliefs are equal and acceptable, especially when those beliefs include raping, mutilating and killing women, slaughtering everyone who does not believe in Allah and the Koran, and imposing Sharia law on the world.

Terrorism is a tool used by the globalists to herd the sheep (us) into the pen they want us in. Cowering in a corner begging for Big Brother to save us.
