In the first 3 days, the body is still using energy from glucose. After that, the liver starts processing body fat. After 3 weeks the body enters in "starvation mode". At this point the body "mines" the muscles and vital organs for energy. The estimated limit of resistance is 60 days.

my quesion is, where is glucose stored?...in body fat?.............this is what I don't get lol :D

You have glucose in your blood, it is being put there by the liver that converts fat to sugar (or vice versa: if there is a lot of sugar in the blood already, the liver converts it to fat for storage in the adipose cells).

Some glucose is put together into the animal starch called glycogen and stored in the liver. It can be changed back to glucose pretty readily.

glucose is not stored in the body. it is converted into a material called glycogen and stored primarily in the muscles for when it is needed. it is then converted back into glucose
