yes they can and they can be very dangerous because one time my mom had a dream about a car crash that she was in and the exact car almost hit her the next day. so I would be very careful and stay aware of your surroundings ok!

it could be trying to warn you to drive very carefully, but i think the dream could symbolize your fear of getting into a crash.
