I have to go on an interview tomorrow and I have my period. I don't want to act like a b***h because of the pain of my cramps, and the horrible headaches I get. besides taking medicine, what can I do to relieve these symtoms?

Unfortunately the only relief I know for all those symptoms is medicine. I like pamprin, because it does not have caffeine, so there is no jitters after taking it, and it helps all symptoms even the b**chiness. Good luck, I hope you get the job!!!

There is a heat patch you can buy at the pharmacy. It is self adhesive and you apply it to your lower abdomen or back, wherever the pain is. It stays warm for 8 hours and does not show under clothing, unless the clothes are exceptionally tight, which you would not want to wear to an interview, anyway.

I also suffer from major cramping and other PMS symptoms. What worked for me was....Naproxen. Midol is also helpful. Take a nice hot bath while the medicine is taking affect and drink lots of water. Light exercise can also be helpful.

the two one among my ladies have an somewhat puzzling time. What works superb for them is 800mg. Ibuprofen and 1500mg. methocarbamol. They nevertheless have a puzzling time, however the medicine takes the side off.

A heating pad can be helpful or even a hot water bottle. I have one of each around my home.

i have heard that drinking pickle juice well help i havent personally tried it but my friend has and she says it really works
