I know that the body needs minerals and we consume the ores of some metals to get these minerals. I need the names of the other four. Like sodium cholride is salt. What are the names of the ores of the other four. Is lime stone one ?

Salt you already have; calcium carbonate (limestone in Tums); Silicon Dioxide, (quartz sand, used in many foods in microscopic grains for texture); Sodium bicarbonate, (in baking); Alum, (pickle making); Magnesium sulfate, (Epsom salts, laxative)
I can't think of the fourth missing one at the moment.

We need quite a few minerals; iron, magnesium, calcium, zinc, potassium.

Most we get from food rather than mineral sources.
