I have been getting weird pains all around my body-in my head in my legs-everywhere. Also recently I have noticed random thin red scratches on my body again in different places-I don't know how I got them but I'm pretty sure I didn't do it. And the wierd thing is they only last about a day or two. Also I have been getting bad headaches and sometimes difficulty breathing. Do any of these symptoms remind you of something? A desease or virus? I'm getting worried so if you know anything please tell me.

Take your temperature. If you have a fever, you may have the flu. Body aches, headaches and congestion are all symptoms of the flu.

If you continue to feel ill, see your doctor so he can rule out any medical problem.

If these symptoms are just annoying things and you would like to just feel better you can email me for more information on prevention at leanne27@aapt.net.au

However if the symptoms are chronic it would probably be best to go to the doctor to see what is wrong to know how to treat it.

You are a worry wart and are obsessed with your health and appearance.
You need to get involved in something that will redirect your Brain to other things - e.g:
Ballet Classes
Yoga Classes
Basketball
Latin American Dancing
Cooking Classes
Get Busy.

Instead of freaking yourself out why don't you just go to the doctor and get a really good check up done? Don't worry until you have something to worry about...otherwise your just wasting energy.

I would schedule a check up with your doctor. When you get a chance, you should let him know about your symptoms.

S/he can then properly diagnose and treat you.
