The BNP are a small minority party in the UK and will never be anything else. They took only 192,850 votes at the last general election and if they get more than 200,000 at the next I would be very much surprised.

I fear their support will increase a little, but thankfully by nowhere near enough to gain a seat. I genuinely hope that people who have not voted for them in the past will have the good sense not to be persuaded by their bitter and twisted, jingoistic sense of nationalism, their ideology of hatred, their negative and destructive attitudes, their bullying tactics or their downright lies.

In the extremely unlikely event that they ever did gain power or influence over the government, I doubt very much that mainstream right wing voters would be at all happy about the massive tax increases they would have to impose in order to pay for the forced repatriation of ethnic minorities. And that's just one instance of the ludicrous unpalatable policies that these would be dictators would attempt to impose on this country and force its citizens to pay for.

Many of their policies are less sensible than the Monster raving loony party, and lets face it - you would have to be pretty brainless to vote for this bunch of Neo-Nazi thugs.
Perhaps they should re-brand themselves as the Brainless Nose Pickers. If they did, their support might show a bigger increase, because at least then they would be telling the truth.

For anybody who hasn't realised yet - don't be fooled by the unrepresentative clique of Neo-Nazi BNP supporters who are trying to hijack this site, to use as a mouthpiece to spread their politics of fear and hate, and to massage their own egos.

The BNP are political no hopers. Both in the sense that their ideology and policies offer no hope, and in the sense that they have no hope of ever gaining any significant influence in UK politics.

Definitely on the up,and not a minute before time we are sadly lacking in strong leadership ,and the B N P has this in abundance, because of the Strong dictatorial grip that politicians have on the media in this country we are only presented with 3 political parties ,why is it that the Scots can have the Scottish national party the welsh the welsh national party , but WE cannot have the British national party ,they are not a bunch of skinheads as the media portrays them , they ARE people from all walks of life who want a better way of life for all of us go to there meetings and find out for yourself , the local town hall MUST give you the name and address of the local B N P candidate ,

The Euro seats they gained have been unquestionably not a ask your self. That became a proportional election gadget, so minor events p.c.. up seats unquestionably. in actuality the vote proportion became not that super nationally, and became relatively on the sign in in Scotland. thinking the apathy on the time of the ecu elections and the point of disgust with the mainstream on the time, it became to be expected some smaller events could earnings. They have been given in basic terms over 6% of the votes. in the North West Constituency, the party polled 8%. greater than its national time-honored. yet in a accepted previous the positioned up parliamentary constituency a candidate desires 50% to be certain the seat, 40% or extra to have a brilliant threat of winning it, and 30% or extra to have an exterior threat of winning the seat. In all honesty, even the main die not common BNP voter who is familiar with of something approximately elections is familiar with of that this would not evaluate to the 2009 Euro elections, and that they'll win 0 seats in Westminster. a good result for them could be to boost their vote proportion or in basic terms safeguard their vote proportion from final twelve months, and probable provide a severe profile flesh presser a scare via polling close in a pair of seats.

Sadly yes,When people see that eastern European migrants are affecting their jobs housing schooling stress on hospital resources ect the government encourages racism
by not curbing the amounts coming in. Don't get me wrong some of these guys work really hard but they devalue our workforce. I know of at least two persons one Jamaican and an Asian Guy who would join the BNP tomorrow, because it touches all British no matter what the roots of their heritage.

Yes gaining in popularity and from all sectors of society sick of the idiotic ideologies, lies, fraud & vested interests we have in power today- not to mention the out of touch with reality and society punishment for crimes.
The British public are sick of the crime, poverty and deprivation they face daily from poorly concieved immigration policies- statistics in fact points toward immigration being not only having a negative effect on the UK, but also on the departee's original nation.
The very best arguments Immigration Apologists can make for multi-culturalism are the profusion of curry houses, Chinese take-aways & Brixton market- not to mention the NHS supposedly saved by West Indian nurses and Asian doctors.
I think they would be disheartened to note many Asians actually passively support BNP.

I think they make a jolly good alternative party and I will proudly vote for them. I'm not afraid of the bleating Leftists and Apologists mindlessly labelling anyone disagreeing a racist.
The BNP have sound policies based on the DESIRES of their constituents not a discredited PC Ideology run by vested-interest minorities.
Many who have served the nation in the armed forces will be voting BNP (including myself- Royal Marines).
BNP is the party for those who disagree with the disgracefully incompetent management of the nation and especially the loss of British rights to the EU.
The BNP has not only the ear of the people but the hearts and minds too- and this is why the bourgouisie chattering classes hate it with a vengeance- they hate the fact that many people outside London's affluent suburbs disagree with how their nation is becoming a laughing stock.

Spacephantom et al are nothing more than a petty bourgouisie PC Apologist who thinks Scotalbnd's salvation is to flood it with underskilled, low-wage immigrants. Leftists like Spacephantom hate those who oppose them as they fear the fact that the silent majority are in fact at heart conservative.

Bring it on- Spacephantom- I would very much like to meet you in person and give you a jolly good thrashing. Am I a subhuman subintelligent 'Nose Picker' too? I bet my Masters from Uni of London doesn't count?
I dare you Mincing Marxists to say such things to my face. Give a date, time and place- I will happily meet you there.

While it is true that the Working Class of Dagenham have voted for the BNP and made them the official opposition party of Dags - this does not mean that the BNP is on a roll or that it is suddenly going to be catapulted into government.

Where I live the majority of people are either New Labour or Lib/Dem - there are a few darling Conservatives but they're not going to get elected and neither is the BNP.

The B.N.P are certainly gaining support, but it will never be enough, what would be OK is for say a dozen B.N.P MPs to be voted in and I can see this happening come the next general election, this will be a massive wake up vote for our lazy polititians.

The BNP annoys me as they should be the British National Party fighting for the British people, yet they divide the nation with some extreme views. Any individual who owns or can claim a British passport should be looked after by this party irrelevant of race, religion sex, creed or colour.

Of course it is gaining popularity because there is no effective opposition to the Government and they are saying what an awful lot of us want to hear. However, it is a huge jump from a party with a range of credible policies to a load of moronic thugs, led by a few articulate mindless thugs.

We need a proper Conservative Party led by men, not wimps like Cameron. It is a sad day when honest men like Patrick Mercer get sacked for telling the electorate how life REALLY is, rather than kidding us like the rest of them do.

And I am sorry, Barry G (and I have voted for them as a protest), UKIP is a clever idea and not so mindless as the BNP, but as it stands it is a single issue party with, obviously, no future.

If a proper Conservative Party adopted the main issues alongside its own it would be a winner, but UKIP is NOT a viable alternative.
