When I was in high school, even though John Elway and Dan Marino were all the rage, I was a fan of "Champaign Tony." I only saw him play in the Liberty Bowl against Cornelius Bennett's Crimson Tide, but I followed him in Sports Illustrated. Needless to say, he didn't fare too well in the pros ... but he was a hell of a Big Ten quarterback. What's your opinion of (the collegiate) Tony Eason?

big time patriots fan also

i think steve grogan was a better qb, i didnt like tony he went 0-6 in the sb, didnt complete a pass like 0/6 in passing

i think he had too short of a career

but in college he was great, I see why he was taken over some great qbs in that 1983 draft

i am a big time patriots fan and i have fond memories of tony eason. while his career didnt turn out like marino and elway, he will still have a special place in this old man's heart.
