The man who should have custody is the man Anna Nicole named on the birth certificate ; the man who was there for her birth and bonded with her and is the only father she has ever known . Anna Nicole would turn over in her grave to think anyone other than Howard K.Stern was raising her daughter .
Since when did sperm make anyone a parent ? Any nincompoop can produce children in seconds ..yet , one has to have a license to fish !

One could have done worse than Anna did. She chose a wild ride and would probably do it again. There is no guarantee that you will live 39 minutes let alone 39 years (I think that was her age). I hate to see death claim anyone early in life but stuff happens and you may as well accept it.
As for the child, if I had all pertinent information I could tell you who should have the child. Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, I don't have that information. The court will do right by the child. I feel confident of that.

I don't know that I feel sorry for Anna Nicole but I definitely feel sorry for her baby. I hope that Larry is the father and gets custody soon. Here's hoping she is ok in this life.

i hope shes in peace as for the child i hope neither of the men are the father and Anna's mother gets the child and all the money and disappears and all this is history so we can put this behind us and worry about Brittany she needs a wig

He may be a Jew but Howard has been there for her more than anyone else. I don't know about any of these other jokers. Survey sez Howard.

Of course I feel sorry for her. What a chaotic life she had, her son dies and then her terrible death.
She still cannot escape the mean spirited in the world.
