my bloke did the dirty on me the back end of last year and i have made his life hell. tonight is the first time he has been out with his mates and im on edge wondering should i phone and check on him r drive to where he is help b4 i go crazy. i wana let this go but im finding it realy hard plus im really stubborn

You feel how you feel, don't suppress it but try not to encourage it. Don't check on him tonight, wait till he is home and tell him that yeah, you did feel insecure & that you hope with time and his support you will feel better.

You should have never continued the relationship with him, move on. Respect yourself and deserving "blokes" will be after you with the same respect.
The fact that after several months, you do not trust him out alone with his friends is a serious problem so cut him off since he has already cheated.

i dont blame u for losing ur trust....trust is very important in a relationship...w/o it, well, u know the feeling ... its very hard not to think he's just having clean fun..id follow up b4 i go crazy..just to prove he can be trusted little by little

Why not, he did do it once to you.
Tell him you got to build your trust levels up in him, so you'll call from time to time .
Or better yet tell him you might go by, just to give him a scare!
Take it from me trust is hard to earn again when the faith is broken in partner.
It happen to me and it took years to rebuild it.
