Federal commerce fee rules do not require sellers to grant used vehicle shoppers a three-day suitable to cancel on autos offered on an "as is" sale contract yet some states do have a suitable to cancel regulation on "as is" sale agreements, even nevertheless so some distance as i'm conscious a three-day suitable to cancel is quite lots the optimum era those states enable. yet regardless of in case you be in a style of states you're already previous the optimum era. "As is" is AS IS and any concessions a broking could make to maintain a shopper happy is in all probability in basic terms out of generosity and charity. sellers will enable you the suited suited to have the motor vehicle inspected via a mechanic of your decision until now purchase and in case you do not workout that suitable then it is your fault in case you get caught with a lemon. it is your infant. As is! and that i anticipate that the broking desiring $2400 to repair the top gasket is their way of asserting "have it fastened your self."

You got lucky, but think of it as a warning. It happend before and it will happen again. I would replace the thermostat before it sticks again. Good luck.
