Is it ok to round it up to the nearest inch? or should I just be honest when people ask me my height? I don't want to make it seem like I'm trying to be taller than I really am. I'm only a quarter inch from 5'7'' anyway.

Yes, it's perfec.tly fine. I've noticed that the medical profession doesn't usually write down protions of an inch

I really don't think you should worry about it that much. If you want to round up, that's fine. Its only 1/4 inch. Relax, man!
