Because they have a serious illness and perversion! Who rapes 91 year old women as displayed here earlier? Just the thought is nauseating!

Because they have an extreme illness (mental) and a perversion which they cannot control. There is no cure for these people. They are indeed predators and ought to be taken out and disposed of when they commit their foul acts.
