I have "succesfully" installed the University for the Sims 2 but the game will not launch.?

Have tried everything I know of to try. Will flash the "White, University " screen but then disappears and nothing reappears, and no music starts.

Probably need a new computer happened to me too, i got a new better comp. with a good video card and ta-da. Sims 2

How much available space is on your computer? It could be taking up a lot of your hard drive.

i dont know, but maybe if you go on the web site or call the support hotline, it will tell you what to do.
