if you didn't buy a tickek how can you win

Thousands of us get those hustler notices from con men who count on enough stupid "marks" to send them "processing fees" .
I always wonder how many people flush bucks down the john by sending in "fee $$".
I do hope you are not one of the dumb marks.

i didn't get this but something like it in the mail and i found out it was a scam and notified the attorney general`s office in my state please try to find out first before you do anything from Colline
