I didn't find anything about a heart attack or stroke, but I did find these: A man committed suicide after the numbers he always played came in, and he hadn't played. And and of a Lottery winner who was run over by a truck and killed just hours after winning.

Only in a fictional movie that came out in the late 1990s called Waking Ned Devine. The man was found dead in front of his TV with the lottery tickey in his hand and a smile on his face. The small community he lives in desides to let someone pretend to be the winner, Ned Devine, and then split the winnings.
