LOL in real life I dunno but your question reminded me of a movie called "waking Ned Devine" where that happens...When Ned Devine dies from shock after winning the lottery, two longtime friends, Michael and Jackie, discover the body and agree Ned would want them to benefit from his good luck. They embark upon an outrageous scheme to claim the ticket, but first they have to get all the townsfolk to go along with their plan.

I don't think this has ever happened. Usually this would happen when you are in great fear, and you're not in fear when you win the lottery - unless you have lotterphobia or something? ha
