how do you show that you really love your girl or boy? do you look deeply into her eyes, do you hold her hand when you are out and about? what are the things you do that makes your partner feel special?

Well since I don't currently have a gf i will base it on my last relationship.
All the things you mentioned I did. Looked into her eyes, held her hand, gave her my jacket when she was cold, held her when she was cold, was there when she needed someone (no matter where I was).
Its important though that people realize that making your partner feel special is different from other people knowing you love him or her.
Then again, my ex cheated on me so my suggestions may not be all that good.

You give your wife or girlfriend flowers, candy, and cards every once in a while to show her that you love her. But say to your wife or girlfriend "I Love You" and kiss them every once in a while. Also when you are walking together hold her hand.
