Ohhhh, hmmm -- how about Ari? Or how about just calling her by those cutsie names we all give our babies.....peanut, pretty girl, baby doll, pumpkin,.......oh, and my daughter's name is Alaina Ann and I call her Pooka or Pooka-Dooka!! Don't know where that came from either. She even refers to herself now as Pooka!!

Any time you have to tell people how to say the name, it cruel to the child. She will hate her name and resent you for giving her the one you did. I see a name change in her future. Or she will use faith. I know from experience what its like to have a stupid name...... I have 3 names and my last ( 2 middle) Jocelyn Tamera Jolee

I go by Tammy , and this year finally had my name legally changed. Good luck to her.
