It's ALWAYS raining outside, of course, every single second of every day.

Sometimes, the "outside" where it's raining is hundreds or thousands of miles away from where you are, but that still counts.

No, it is not raining were I live in Oregon. Its actually really nice out. I even had to open my window since I was getting to hot.

Not today, but it is a little overcast. It's nice weather- a little windy, nice and cool but not cold. I bet it will rain later.
