With twins you have a couple of choices
First names like
Hayden and Cayden
I would not do that, but some people like to
Next the same letter, some twins are named like that, some whole family are name like that
Matthew and Mitchell
Joel and James
Bryan and Blake
Daniel and Dustin (Danny and Dusty)
Trevor and Thomas
A and B names
Alexander and Bryce
Allen and Brent
Names that have nothing in common
Elliot and Issiah
Jasper and Quinn
Connor and Ryan
Evan and Weston (West)
Peyton and Giovanni
You can look in family names. Middles names that are a father grandfather, brother, uncle or cousin first or middle names.

Many people are going with the old names these days. I like Arron and Joseph. Good old biblical names.
