Nobody is green. It's a great big scam.

For some reason, mature adults are beating themselves (and others) over really stupid stuff that nobody can prove.

Many scientists are coming out against global warming.
Many scientists agree the world is warming but laugh at people who say that industry causes it.

The biggest scam of all is the purchase of carbon credits!

These yoyo's actually think that you can plant a hundred trees to make up for the carbon you spew out of your SUV!

(Hint: you can't plant "trees", you can only plant saplings! If the global warming religionists were correct, the planet would be melting before your saplings were big enough to make a difference!)

Most carbon dioxide emissions come form automobiles and industry (pollution). The EU has devised a plan to lower emissions by 20% by the year 2020, which they are placing restrictions on cars and industry. Although airplanes do emit pollutants, its not at the dramatic rate as others. Its also economical, airbus, which has shown its first loss in history is wanting to be the worlds top airline manufacturer. If the EU places restrictions on airplane use it can have an effect on aerospace and Frances (as well as Europes) economy.

EDIT: No i was just stating that many things will effect it. And it is troubling, but thats how nations work. I study the EU, and the economy is what can control a nation. No one can be "green".

Well, for starters, airplane fuel tends to burn much cleaner, so produces less waste emissions.

Also, mass transit (whether busses or planes) is always more efficient (and thus "greener") than individual vehicles.
