I replaced the pigtail on the Neutral Safety switch. Then I spliced the wires so at to match the old ones. The reverse(back up) lights worked for a couple of days then nothing. Where could the problem be?

Eather the bulbs or your wireing. Go back and check your wireing to be shure your connections dident come loose. If everything is ok, check the bulbs.

Try the fuse! Or it is possible the reverse switch on the tranny is faulty.

make sure there are no exposed wires where a short circuit could happen. a short would cause your fuse to blow, which would cause your lights not to work.
