what is monitor is in power save mode)?

my pc runs off the on board video, last night a friend helped me out with a used radeon 9200 (1st mistake ) so me the pc genieus decided to blow out processor fan now all i see on my screen is ( monitor is in power save mode cant go any father any suggestions

Sounds like something is fried... your computer appears to be dead.

that or your video card is dead.

Or the other video card is the working one.

Take the radeon out and try to undo everything else you changed.
