Angelina Jolie makes Brad Pitt happy; I think that all people should do what makes them happy. I think he did do the right thing because it wasn't like he was cheating with Angelina while he was with Jennifer - he chose to leave her whether than commit adultery. He made the right decision.

I was originally shocked about it as he appeared to be so in love with Jen. However I think he has grown as a human and discovered more with Angelina. I think he needed someone like Angelina to discover this side of himself because I don't think he was strong enough as an individual to find this path on his own. I am sorry that Jen did get hurt in this but, she is a special woman and I think there is something better in her future. I think she is definitely strong enough to handle the situation and I don't think Brad challenged her in the ways she needs to be challenged just as she didn't him.

considering they say up to 50% of marriages end in divorce why is it surprising that his ended...if he did not love his wife any more should he have stayed with her and been miserable and she probably knew he did not love her...he is with someone who makes him happy...maybe if his former wife would have concentrated on the family aspect of her marriage and they had a child maybe things would have worked out

I'm not sure, Jen may at one point wanted kids but I guess it was too late cause Brad couldn't control his lust could he?
