OUCH IE !!!!

Soak your hand in hot soapy water, for at least 20 minutes .
Then hopefully you can pull them out with tweezers .

If that does not remove, all the thorns

go to >>>>> A& E
and let them see, if they can remove them for you

you will need anti biotics and a tetanus injection
in case of infection .

Nature will eventually, push any really stubourn ones
out in the same way , it deals with wood splinters
( this could take a week ir two .)

what a nasty experiance :(
wish you well

Are you saying that they are embedded below the skin or that you can't get a grip on them with tweezers. If they are embedded you will probably have to go to the clinic and have them cut out. If there is some needle sticking out, then get a friend with good eyesight and a steady hand to pull them out for you. There might be some natural remedy that will dissolve them but I am not aware of it.

Soaking in a water solution of epsom salt is supposed to help draw out splinters. I don't know if it would help remove cactus thorns.

Try a piece of duct tape. Put it over the area and then pull.
50/50 chance. I've tried it with some success.
I live in the desert too. I hate it when that happens. :-(
