It depends on how you read the Constitution. If you read into it Textually, then NO, this is technically not "speech". However people have fought that speech means written and verbal as being "speech" which is what people usually mean today. Compared to other nations, this would be considered freedom of "speech" with limitations. Technically whether you're on here, on the news, in newspapers things are censored... But generally speaking the answer is Yes

Freedom of speech involves many things. You are free to say what you think without fear of being arrested as long as you dont slander someone or threaten the life of someone. When you threaten the life of someone or slander them or their relatives, then thats where the law can take over. Be nice, and you can say all you want, just about.

Freedom of speech (in the US) is one of the many aspects of freedom of expression protected by the Constitution.
Aside from the few exeptions (defamation, incitement, true threats, fraud, etc), any communication is protected speech.
Even questions.

Not completely, no. You must abide by community guidelines. However, the guidelines basically ask users not to be jerks (apparently quite difficult for some immature people to follow).
Your particular question, however, was a lovely example of free speech, although not very clear.

Everything is freedom of speech until it becomes:
libel (printed defamation of character)
slander (spoken defamation of character)
Then it becomes a "tort"
