Sounds like someone is using your wifi connection.

Have you done the basic stuff like:
1) Changed the admin password
2) Set a WEP key
3) Set your router to only accept logins from adapters it knows
4) Changed your SSID from the default and hidden it

If you've not done any of the above, you are running completely unprotected and there is nothing to stop anyone else using your bandwidth... and worse being able to reconfigure your router to keep you out of it.

Do all of them and you'll be reasonably secure... but for (3) you may need to connect by etehrnet cable to configure your wifi adapter.

The admin interface should show you the 'host name' of the foreign PC... you may be able to guess where it comes from if they have a name like 'john's pc'

Yes sweetie I`d say that someone else is hooking up to your connection. Password protect your connection and then only you should be able to use it.
