Electric stoves/ovens suck....If you put an oven thermometer inside one, you will find they are 25 to 100 degrees off. Ever wonder why bread and biscuits didn't cook right?

The older they get, the more they drift from accuracy. Live with it, or get a better setup.

If you still love your electric, put a thermometer on the inside that you can see through the glass and put an internal thermometer with a probe that leads to an external thermometer outside.

This way, you can see how far off your oven really is, and cook at a more accurate temperature. Don't be surprised if your oven is 50, 75, or even 100 degrees off. We didn't know it until two glass dishes shattered in the oven.

Step away from the stove. We are temporarily using it as a communicating device. Our ship was damaged when we had a rough landing on this visit to your world. As soon as the rescue ship comes to repair our craft, your stove will return to normal.
Sorry for the inconvenience... ^//-

Call the company. The number is probably on the side of the door, or on back.

It's safest and best to call them. It's probably just the digital part, but they may have recalled it and you get a new stove!

UN-plug the stove immediately it is a fire hazard. there is an electrical short in it..Do not use it... buying a new stove is cheaper than replacing your home, and you can't replace human life..
