All along the Med you got palms, beaches and clubs. Mostly touristy resorts, though. Not many big cities except Marseilles and Barcelona and they are nothing like Miami. I mean, Miami started out as a beachfront partying spot and grew from there into a big city. Europe got plenty of beachfront partying spots, all lined up like pearls along the coast. But the majority of them are all still very much small town, because the big hotel construction boom there didn't start until the 1980's. (One might argue a case for Antalya in Turkey though.)

Biggest partying spot in the UK is Brighton.

The UK does actually have a place that has palm tress, and tropical plants. I saw it on a programme (The British Isles: A Natural History) presented by Alan Titchmarsh once. I can't remember what place it is - but it is in the south west of England - it might be Cornwall, though can't say for definate.

I think the nearest that the UK gets to Miami and LA with regards to beaches and nightlife is Brighton and Blackpool, with crap weather.

Not really, as LA and Miami are quite hot and England isn't so no palm trees. However, London is a the biggest city with many clubs and shops.

Spain may well could! As I have been to Southern Spain and there are palm trees and clubs there!!

The UK has a lot of seaside holiday resorts with lots of hotels, clubs, pubs, bars, cabarets, theme parks, fun fairgrounds, piers, with lots of good family fun, or there are some for adults only. Due to the British climate the best time for a visit to these places is from about mid-May to early September, which is regarded as summer time. Popular places in the UK are Blackpool, Brighton, Scarborough, Newquay ( if you like to surf ) and as the UK is not as vast as the USA you are usually only a few hours away from a great place to visit. Check it out and have some fun!!!

The UK doesn't, we're only little and it isn't warm enough for palm trees anywhere but Cornwall/Devon (south west UK), but there are places along the Spanish coast and some Spanish islands on a smaller scale. Greece is similar. Look for somewhere coastal along the north side of the Mediterranean Sea.
Barcelona is my personal favourite.

Not really. But there are palm trees on some parts of the South Coast of the UK.

Monte Carlo? Nice? Barcelona? Although I personally think they are much nicer than LA or Miami!
