stan lee oridionaly had the idea of a fly as a super hero but the idea evolved in to spider man

You had the Human Fly, from Marvel in the 1970's based on a real stuntman and Fly-Man from the Archie action line late50's early 60's. Yawn!

I think the concept been done in some way or another with the idea of Flyguy, and super fly guy.
