emotional! it doesnt mean sad!
what would the word mad or happy go under.
emo is just a short term it could mean any emotion. its been overated by the bands out these days. but im not saying thats a bad thing. i love emo music i love lots of music. emo can equal any emotion you want. its not a fashion, its not that kid with the cool or dumba$$ hair cut. its everyone.

emo stands for emotional. If you've ever seen guys with like straitened hair covering over there face and they look kinda like a mix of punk/gothic, thats emo. also, the rock bands are like emo music =]

Emo is a new term to describe those who are "emotional" and a little on the dark side. Nothing bad, just kinda artistic and emotionally driven.

You know those guys that weigh about 110 pounds, mope around and sad all the time(emotional) listen to certain music and dress all baggy and depressed...emo's are complainers and usually don't have anything good going on. They like it when people feel sorry for them. That's my experience anyway.

Emo is a crappy mix of metal and punk. Usually listend to by kids that live in the burbs and think they have it so tough and are so misunderstood.

its this new style of mostly music but it resembles these sort of punk/depressed looking boy bands who try to make themselves look like girls but in some dark way. the weirdest **** i have ever seen coming. I hate emo!
