It is on the side of the outside of your foot just below your ankle bone, and it is like a small bump.
I know it is dumb but does anyone know what it is called?

On the outside of your foot, going down towards the toes but on the side sort of below your ankle. there is like another small bumpish fat pocket there

You are probably talking about a bony prominence on the lateral surface of the calcaneus called "Peroneal Trochlea" (trochlea peronealis or trochlea fibularis)...

I believe that it is still called the heel of your foot. If you want a technical term, ask a doctor or nurse.

errmm sounds like you have a growth see a doc.The only bone there is your ankle bone.
