The change came when a Congressman wanted it done. He said it will have significant importance. We will not know until November 2007 when the study comes out. He also said lees traffic accidents will happen. Sounds kookie to me.

So that it is lighter out later so meaning that people can do more like playing golf later. People will be out later so they have more time to buy things. also I think it is also better for the enverment some how.
