where do u cut it and how do u get the strings on that u cut from the shirt??

All you do is find a boyfriendtanktop. the 1-2 inch strap tank top. anyways cut the material underneath thearm from the armpit all the way down to your waste. So you cut that verticaly. Then you cut little horizantle strips thatare about an inch long on both sides of the material. So in total you should have cutten 4 sides of them. Then all yo have to do is tie two strips together and make your way down the shirt. Sorry its so complicated but its hard to explain. Try looking on google for pictures and try to match my explanatiopn with the picture.
