i cannot stop eating!!

mostly carbs, i don't know why!!

i just ate 3 small loaves of banana bread and an enornous hamburger bun (like huge) minus the hamburger

2 cookies

a waffle

and all the crap you can think of!

please help me to STOP EATING like this!!!!!


it's making me sick!

110 lbs at 5'4 and im on the fast track to being 300 lbs in like a week!

and im even going on vacation in 5 days!
beach, sun, guys and there's a fat girl running around! (me)

If you're always hungry, and you're eating the recommended complex carbs, then chances are you've just got a rather high metabolism. You're fine, just exercise when you can.

Make sure you eat healthy carbs, like from pasta and breads and bagels and stuff, that will help you stay fuller longer. Or better yet, consume more fiber. Not only is it good for you and helps your digestion, but it takes longer to digest so you'll feel fuller more often

Get up and do something active. People who sit in front of the computer or TV are more likely to snack then others. Go for a walk or call a friend to get together (something that doesnt deal with food).

Drink water - drinking water supresses your hunger.

Well i love eating to (I'm 13) but not overweight.,

I think you if you feel you need to eat those things at these times then have a glass of water it will do you good.

Most of the time you you'll find you only eat because your thirsty its really weird.

Dont worry and drink lots of water dont skip meals and have different proportions of food.

Alot of times when i have cravings like that, your usually missing something in your body. Like iron for instance, you might want to talk to a professional about it. Your hemoglobin could be low.

girl dont trip i weigh 3 pounds lighter and is the same hieght and i eat alot. and when i mean alot i mean alot. but i never gain weight it wierd. someone said its because i have a fast metabolism. you might have the same thing.
