Pressure isn't that uncommon. If you are feeling too uncomfortable, call your doctor right away to make sure there are not any complications.

Most of it is too much if you ask me! But really-- honey its just something you have to deal with when you get towards the end of your pregnancy. I had pressure from the time I was 6 months(I carry big) all the way till the end and the heavier the baby got, the worse it got. I walked everyday of my pregnancy until I went on maternity leave from work at 9 months. And some days were okay, but others --I could barely walk to the bathroom!! It was so painful that I would stay in bed or sitting mostly all day. I had to use the little "old people" carts that u can drive at the grocery store because the pressure was so bad that I could not make it from one end of the store to the other. I'd have to say there is no such thing as too much. Only to us poor women who have to carry the load and suffer the pain till its over. One suggestion I do have is to get one of those belly support belts. It will help! They can go under your clothes and nobody has to see it. Hang in there sweetheart!

I know what you are going thru. I am on my third pregnancy and I do not remember feeling all these weird things either. I am 29 weeks prego and having a lot of pelvic pains, too many braxton hicks and pressure on my lower belly also. My doctor told me there was nothing to be concerned about and that every pregnancy is different from the other, so it might be that your baby is bigger or it already turned and is just putting normal pressure on you. Good luck!!!

The wonderful part of pregnancy, all the pressure, pain and uncomfortable things our bodies must go through!
If you don't normally go walking, or exerted yourself more than usual it is possible you have simply strained some muscles. Take it easy and if it continues give your OB a quick call, the nurses/staff should be able to put you at ease or have you come in to be checked.

At 35 and 36 weeks (my son came at 36 weeks) I felt a TON of pressure. It started at 35 weeks and I felt like he was trying to push his way out. I also felt strong menstrual cramps and my belly would tighten up. Maybe you're about to give birth. Have you talked to your OB about this? If not then you should put in a call to their office. Good luck.

Yes, since you are expecting soon, this is perfectly normal. When it restrains you from walking and doing normal activities, that is too much. However, if it becomes a big issue, seeing a doctor is the best idea.

i remember feeling a lot of pressure when my gigantic son dropped into position but i don't remember it being that intense. if you're feeling that much pressure and it's really that uncomfortable, then i'd call your doctor and see what she says to do. she might want you to come in and get checked just to be sure. you might be thinning your cervix and you could be having your baby very soon. congrats!!
