I just got through seeing the number 23 it was a very good movie but I am confused about whether the number...

made him crazy or was he just plain crazy in the first place?

The number made him crazy. The same for the doctor, they were fine until they let the number take over thier lives.

see that confused me too. i thought it was a very good movie but i just didnt see how he started the whole 23 thing. lol

he went nuts and left himself clues cuz he knew he would foget, that s why he denies the fact that hhe was the one who wrote the book in the first place...
