Every year, my cell phone company gives me more minutes to stay a customer (currently 1000 minutes a month), but the price never goes down. I don't need 1000 minuts for 39.99, I would rather have 500 minutes for 29.99.

My advice:

Call and complain for cheaper prices and less minutes. That's what I'd do.

Because they think that 1000 minutes for 39.99 is a good deal and it is, most cell phone companies want people to use more minutes, not less. Thats just how it works out they figure if your using close to 1000 minutes because they gave it to you at a deal that you are more likely to stay if you shop around due to pricing everywhere else.
